I’m Divya Shah Nandi - I help growing organisations make better people decisions.

I work with mission-driven organisations, start-ups and professional services firms on the full spectrum of people challenges, from building HR functions from scratch to advising leadership teams on culture, performance and organisational health. I combine a practical, hands-on approach with data-driven insight to help organisations make confident, lasting people decisions. I founded SortedHat to offer the kind of embedded people expertise that growing organisations need but rarely have access to.

I do my best work when things are complex and there is real chaos to navigate. I work closely with the organisations I partner with, taking the time to understand what's really going on before recommending what to do about it — and staying long enough to see it through.

Before founding SortedHat, I led Dalberg's Global People Team and served as Head of Operations at Notch Hire.
