I’m Divya Shah Nandi - I work at the intersection of people, culture and data.
I’ve spent the past decade helping organisations understand what truly shapes their culture, how teams and leaders grow, and why people stay. My work sits at the intersection of data, empathy and strategy - bringing clarity to people decisions that often feel complex or instinctive.
As an HR and People Development strategist, I’ve worked across start-ups, consulting firms, and mission-driven organisations to build engaged cultures, fair and competitive pay structures, effective leadership, and clear people systems. Before founding SortedHat, I led Dalberg’s Global People Team and served as Head of Operations at Notch Hire - experiences that taught me the value of combining analytical rigour with human understanding.
I founded SortedHat to bring that clarity to others - combining analytics, research and honest conversation to help organisations see their people and culture in full colour.
